How do I stop sharing a file/folder?
There are a few ways to stop sharing a file/folder, depending on which option of sharing you used.
Navigate to the shared file/folder in Koofr (look for blue icons), hover over it and click the Share button that appears on the right. The share options will appear. Select the option of sharing (Add people, Send link for files/folders or Receive files for folders). If you are using Add people, click on it and a new window will pop-up, where you can click on Remove share or remove only the chosen members by clicking on the [-] button next to their name on the right. If you are using Send link click on it and click Remove link. A new window will pop-up where you have to confirm that you want to remove the link by clicking Remove. If you are using Receive files in a folder you can click on it and click Remove link. A new window will pop-up where you have to confirm that you want to remove the link by clicking Remove.
Navigate to Shared in the Main menu on the left, where you can view all of the files that you shared (look for blue icons). Hover over the file/folder and click the Share button that appears on the right. Click on Add people and a new window will pop-up. There you can click on Remove share or remove only the chosen members by clicking on the [-] button next to their name on the right. Note: It only works for files you shared through Add people.
Navigate to Links in the Account menu, where you can view all of your download and upload links. Click on the pencil icon on the right. A new window will pop-up, where you can click on Remove link button. You will need to confirm it by clicking Remove in the next window that appears. OR click on the [-] button on the right side and click Remove to confirm it. Note: It only works for upload and download links.
