How can I report a bug?
Open your Koofr Account Menu and click on Help and support. Scroll to the bottom of the help center and under Didn't find the answer? Write to us., you'll find the option Report a bug. Click on it and a pop-up will open. Type in your message and click on Send.
Note: We are a small company, and we have no budget for bug hunting. We do however appreciate all bugs reported by our users and researchers and we fix all issues that are found. So if you would like to make our service better for the users, we will gladly entertain your findings and fix any issues, like we did with many honest whitehat security researchers in the past. We will be happy if you offer us your help, but we don’t pay out rewards for bugs that are reported.
