Why is my metadata data not visible when I upload my files to Koofr from my Android device?
The GPS info in the photos you upload will be preserved only if you grant the Koofr app the media location access permission when turning on the media upload along with the permission to access the photos themselves.
The date taken of the photo and all of the other metadata is preserved and should still be visible when you download the photo back to your device.
If you have previously denied the media location access permission, you can turn the automatic media upload off and on again in order for the Koofr application to request the permission again.
Note: All of the metadata on iOS devices is preserved without granting special permissions.
