I am having issues logging into Koofr or creating a new account while using a VPN service. What can I do?
IPs of various VPN services and cloud providers are often blocked for an unspecified period of time by our security systems due to them being abused by botnets or hackers. If you got an error logging into Koofr or creating a new account, it is currently not possible to access our service through the service you are using.
